These gentlemen are wearing the model 1915 bluse. The Bavarian War Ministry opted to keep the collar the same color as the uniform. The Prussian War Ministry adopted a dark green collar.
I was thinking these were the m1916 Bluse as well (Bavarian regs, March 1916 with feldgrau collar) but looking closer, then asking a friend who knows these inside out, they would be the Litewka, in blue and grey. The blue being the original colour, before grey. Wonderful photo. Hope you don't mind my additions--I am learning a lot with these, and sharing some details I spot.
