Assuming that Scott is on the left he was a member of the Royal Field Artillery. He has a skill-at-arms badge for gun laying. His brother was a member of the Royal Army Medical Corps. He sports a good conduct chevron. This card has a German type back so this was most likely taken while the brothers were on occupation duty after the war.
