Likely all three wear the medical sleeve patch seen on two of the men. They are in k.b. 6.IR, in the Royal Bavarian 6th Army. Very nice find!
Three members of the 6th Royal Bavarian Division. The one in the middle has two medals. The one on the right is the Bayern Dienstauszeichnung III. Klasse given for service of 9 years of service. The other being the Military Jubilee Medal.
