Souvenir de Bitche Allemagne
French shoemakers in Bitche. The curious thing about this is that on the back is written "Souvenir de Bitche Allemagne". Bitche is in Alsace-Lorraine and was in German hands until the end of war. It was annex by France in December 1918 so perhaps this was taken in the short time between the armistice and the annexation.
